For 20 years, Kellye Bowers has concentrated her practice on real estate matters with a particular focus on commercial leasing. She’s negotiated hundreds of thousands of leases for national landlords and tenants in major U.S. commercial centers.

Kellye is a tenacious problem-solver and a closer. She’s quick to create solutions and is always ready to work through challenges to efficiently close deals while protecting her client’s best interests.

Prior to starting Bowers Law, Kellye served as an attorney and partner with some of the largest and best firms in the nation. She was in-house counsel with a national commercial real estate developer, owner, and manager, where she was involved in preparing and negotiating commercial leases for office and industrial space in company-owned and/or managed properties.

Kellye has had the privilege of negotiating alongside and against industry leaders and trendsetters represented by sophisticated counsel. There is no substitute for experience, and with 20 years specializing exclusively on commercial leasing, she’s observed and learned from the best of the best.
